- Low-volume runs (1–50 parts) of your prototype or product. Includes shop coordination and QC
- $150–$500/project + shop cost Pilot pricing for startups or first-time clients; scope affects final price.
Design for Manufacture / Consulting
- Review part drawings for manufacturability, material selection, and process optimization
- $75–$125/hour Ideal for clients in early design stages to reduce cost and errors
Quality Control / Inspection
- Inspect parts produced by local shops for compliance with drawings, tolerances, and specs
- $50–$100/hour + travel if onsite Can include measurement reports, photos, and documentation. Further levels of inspection available, by certified analysists.
Assembly / Kitting
- Assemble parts from multiple shops or vendors into a final product
- $100–$300/project Depends on complexity and volume; includes inspection of components before assembly.
Procurement & Logistics Support
- Source raw materials, manage shipping, and coordinate multiple suppliers
- $50–$100/hour Particularly useful for clients managing multiple parts or overseas suppliers.
Notes / Terms
- Minimum Project Fee: $100 per project for small jobs.
- Rush Jobs: +25% for projects requiring completion within 3 business days.
- Payment Terms: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery or upon client approval.
- Custom Quotes: For larger projects, multiple parts, or specialized processes, custom quotes will be provided.
